The crew were great. They packed things well that I could not do. They were careful with all items and packed the furniture in blankets to protect them. They explained things and kept me informed of what was occurring. Kudos to all.

I was so nervous about moving. I had read horror stories about damaged furnitures and broken items. The guys that moved me (I have forgot their names) were the BEST! I could not believe the experience. They had wonderful personalities and was so careful. My furniture was very very heavy but those young guys WOW. They were nice and respectful men. About 3 weeks ago these fine gentlemen moved me from a home to an apartment. It was a new experience for me but they made it better. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. I would certainly recommend any one out there contemplating a move to use them.

They have thick, clean, and nice padding for special items. They are very efficient in their work, and they take pride in what they do! We highly recommend this companyfor your moving needs. Landon and Drew relieved us from moving pressure with their kindness, and expertise in what they do. This moving company is top quality, and top of the line equipment. I was so proud of The Penske Truck I even took a picture of it, and felt proud pulling into our new residence!

I am so glad that we chose Black Tie to help us with our across town move! We were so stressed on the day of our move and these guys helped ease that anxiety. Kenny, Justin and Kenny were professional, hardworking and polite. I was a school teacher for Frisco ISD and moved to Allen ISD. Black Tie Moving Anthony, Lionel, and Randy helped me move my classroom from one location to another. My team was fast, efficient, and paided attention to the small details. Matter of fact they were very professional while performing their job and they were FUN!! They kept me informed along the way, made sure I was pleased, and kept me laughing.
