Have used Black Tie moving twice in last year- Derek and Alex and the guys with them were great- polite, respectful, careful, ready to do anything needed, above and beyond in service, never stopped working even when job went way longer than expected, love, love, love this company- already recommended them . My friend used them and was very impressed.
Best Movers Ever
Best movers ever. On time, got the job done in extremely hot weather going up a flight of stairs to an apartment and never once complained. Fast, efficient, friendly, courteous and performed the job excellently. We were so impressed and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to move.
Truly Exceptional
I recently used Black Tie Moving and I was not satisfied at all (1* experience). After I shared my concerns with the company, the President of Black Tie Moving reached out to me. The way he handled my case was truly exceptional and if there was a 6* rating possible, they would earn it! Never asked for what you have done well but what you could better that makes a company exeptional!
Black Tie Saved Us
Black tie saved us. We utilized another company services because of who they represented and they low bid. That company left us halfway moved trying to charge more and the company CEO would not even call us back. Black tie came in move the rest of our furniture Kevin and his crew were incredible and provided a quick professional job. I would recommend black tie to anyone.
Completely Recommend Black Tie Moving
I was very nervous and stressed about our move until Corey from Black Tie Moving talked with me. We moved a 3+ bedroom home from Memphis to Mountain City, TN and the group of men that loaded up our belongings did such an awesome job! Steven, Ben, Noah, Curtis, and James were professional and quick with securing and loading up our stuff. Steven kept in contact with us as we drove the 500+ miles. Coreys quote promised not to succeed a certain amount and he not only kept his word but actually the total came in below! Honesty and such professionalism is hard to come by these days and I would completely recommend Black Tie Moving to anyone facing such a trying time. Thumbs up guys

They even brought a 4th guy to help for an hour before his next job! All of the men were very professional and they had great personalities! They always had positive attitudes and very courteous! Did An Excellent Job
The movers did an excellent job moving our furniture and items into our new home. They paid careful attention when setting up beds/credenzas and were extra careful with the fragile items. I highly recommend them.

After reading all the positive reviews off Yelp I choose to go with Black Tie Moving. From beginning to end this company was very professional and courteous. Ray and Rodney were true MVPs! They were slightly late (due to the weather and GPS issues) but called me to make sure I knew they didnt forget about me. Once they showed up they worked very quick and didnt waste any time. It was the same once we made it to our destination. Ray and Rodney saved me a lot of money and still took very good care of all my furniture! I would very much recommend Black Tie moving!!!
