First Class Company
I cannot say enough good things about this company. This is an actual first class company. The rates compared to everyone elses around Nashville are good, the crew was amazing (Landon and crew), and the customer service was outstanding. I spoke with KT a few times because she would follow up with me and I could be her best friend. SHE is a problem solver and that is what every company needs. Landon and Lance(?) i believe, worked with the heat index at 100 and didnt complain once, they kept a smile and good attitude the entire time. I only had one damage that I didnt care about because it was so old but everyone makes mistakes. Dont listen to the bad reviews, people are crazy!
Very Professional
Very professional swift from phone order to final handshake. Lots of communication from the office placing the order (we even had to reschedule last minute!!) to the fellas that actually come and take care of your belongings. Pricing was not bad either, especially for the quality of the service we received! We will be sure to call back when its time to move into a house!
Go With These Guys
I hired 4 men on a Sunday to move the big items from my third floor apartment into a new house. They showed up inside the time range projected, finished an hour before their estimated finish time. The movers were friendly, respectful of me, my valuables, and my time. Also, they seemed genuinely excited for me and my move. Congratulating me on my new home and friendly courteous at every opportunity. While I dont want to move again anytime soon, if I move, Ill go with these guys.

Not Use Anyone Other Than Black Tie
Team leader Anthony and his associates Lionel and Alex were prompt, courteous, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond what Id consider customer service. It honestly felt like I was dealing with people that I had known for years. God forbid I have to move again, but I will absolutely not use anyone other than Black Tie. I will also be demanding my same team.

These guys showed up on time and move a 2 bed 2 bath home on the 3rd floor in 5 hours got us all into our new place and took everything easy and careful against walls all the while maintaining a great work place in the Columbus 90 degree heat.these guys surpass expectations and maintained great professionalism would definitely recommend to friends and familyI cant remember both names but I know the one guys name was harold special shout out to him and his partner
Do Yourself A Favor And Call These Guys!
If you are planning a move, do yourself a favor and call these guys!. They were the best price of the places I called. The two guys (Tristan and I forget the other guys name) were on time and fast. I was moving a small one bedroom and they were done in 1.5 hours. They took care of my belongings and made sure not to bump or hit anything in my apartment. They also took my washer and dryer down to the bulk pick up for me. Thank you Black Tie.
