Courteous, Professional And Hard Workers
In hiring a moving company I always wonder A) Will my belongings get broken or stoeln or B) There will be some hidden charges that I wasnt aware of or C) The movers will take their time driving up the cost of the bill. Will Black Tie, I was wrong on all 3 items. The guys were courteous, profession and hard workers. From the time they showed up at my door, they busted their butt (and back) as fast a possible to get the job done. Id use these guys again in a heartbeat. TJ and Alex were great t work with.

This is a stand up company, very reasonably priced and on time. The guys worked fast and were very careful with my belongings. A ceiling fan was broken in the move and Black Tie immediately paid to replace it and sent someone out to install the new one. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. I Can Not Express In Words How Great They Were
We have moved more times than normal people should. Work responsibilities have taken us all across the state of Tennessee, and we paid out of our own pocket. We have been moved by every company you can think of. Lance, and the team showed up on an early Saturday morning and moved us with kindness and enthusiasm. The like of which we have never seen. Many other times in the past we knew that something of value would break, because thats just how moving goes, right? Not with Black Tie Moving. Nothing broken! No scratched walls to fix! Nothing stolen! (Yes, we have had possessions stolen right out of the truck before) The concierge service is also amazing! They assisted with setting up utilities and told us our cable internet and tv options. We plan to never move again, but if we do, there is only one company we would call. Black Tie. I can not express in words how great they were to our family.

Black Tie Has Been The Best Experience Ive Had By Far
I have probably used about five or six different moving companies over the last 10 years and I have to say that black tie has been the best experience Ive had by far. I used them to relocate several items within my house for a renovation and I could not have asked for anything better. I will be calling them back to put everything back in place in a few weeks.
They Were Flawless In The Execution Of The Move
The 4-man crew lead by Shawn was awesome! Two of the men we had used on a prior move, so they remembered us and our stuff! They were flawless in the execution of the move. They were the best! What a great team! The three gentlemen who moved us were the best. Not only did they make sure every thing arrived safely, they were helpful when we arrived at the new apartment. They even moved boxes we had move earlier so they could place the items they had transported exactly where I wanted them. They did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price was right too!
