Cant Say Enough Positive Things
I was looking for a mover to move a refrigerator from Richardson to Fort Worth and they did an amazing job. We were concerned about moving it ourselves because of the size and expense of the one we purchased. They communicated in advance of the pick-up and showed up on time. The two gentlemen who moved the fridge were well prepared, took off the handles before moving it, prepped it well and delivered to our home including putting the handles back on. I cant say enough positive things about our experience, we would certainly hire them again.
Satisfied With The Whole Process
Black tie moving was great they came on time at the interval that they said. I got a call 30 mins before and then they were at my door. They moved pretty quickly but took their time being extra precautious with all my furniture wrapping it with pads and the plastic wrap to ensure there wouldnt be any scratches. Once we got to my new apartment there was a small hiccup with where they could park their van as other residents were moving in at the same time but they waited patiently and worked with me to solve the issue. They were able to fit all my stuff into a really small storage unit as well. The move took about 4 hours and I was satisfied with the whole process. I used their yelp coupon as well to save $50 which was awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Black Tie Was Amazing Through Out The Entire Process
I was relocating from Dallas to Austin for work and needed movers short notice. Black tie was amazing through out the entire process, I was given a flat rate quote and that is exactly what I paid. No hidden costs or surprise charges at the end. The two man crew that came to help with the move was incredibly friendly and professional. They loaded and unloaded everything extremely quickly, and through out the move I had someone from the concierge team checking in by text to make sure everything was going well. Im glad I used this company and would highly recommend their services. Could not have asked for a better move!

The move went so smooth, they came on time and were done in less of the time quoted. All my belongings were thoroughly protected and packed. I have done international moves in the past and this move in the same area was very professional.
