Incredible!
From our first interaction requesting an estimate, we were impressed with Black Tie Movers. Phone calls and emails provided much useful information with no hassles at all. When we got down to the actual move, their teams did an excellent job packing and moving our belongings. The first day, Ishmael, Rene and Tyree finished packing for us. They were able to pack a 2 car garage full of hardware, tools, etc., an 8? x 10? storage shed, and our kitchen in about 4 hours. During that time, they also checked closets and drawers to see if we missed anything. They were extremely careful with our 100+ year old antiques and did a good job on all of the other furniture, too. The second day, Ishmael, Rene and Tyree were joined by Alex, Brent and Gabriel. They were able to load up our stuff from our old 2600 sq,ft, home, move it 30 miles to our new home and get everything unloaded in about 8 hours. Incredible! All six men that worked our job were courteous, respectful, kind and clean. The crews arrived at the agreed upon times and got right to work. They were constantly in motion. They worked well together. Ishmael is a good leader and choreographed the process well. Each team member supported each other. They cleaned up after themselves. They were patient when we asked for a reposition of some piece and were willing to double-check and adjust the washer and dryer and make sure each was level.
