Absolute Pros
Absolute proswould trust them with my most fragile and precious items! We had numerous antique pieces of furniture that needed to be moved with great care. Nick & Beachery were the movers sent from Black Tie Movers. They arrived on time, were clean, and very personable. They were much more than that though; they were courteous, attentive to detail and patient when necessary. Nick, who took the lead on the move, engendered trust and showed great leadership skill watching over every aspect of the move and keeping the safety of our valuables at the forefront no matter how long the move went. I have an extensive background in management and customer service and cannot praise them highly enough. When I was missing a bolt on a piece that had been in storage, Nick had one right there and was able to keep the job moving. He had extensive knowledge of not only the age of our furniture pieces but also the inner workings and proper handling of a grandfather clock which I certainly didnt have, again keeping the job moving. They took personal care with our most precious items. Unlike other moving experiences there was no need for me to micromanage these guys! Even after a long and tiring move, they still were asking if there was anything else they could do with a smile on their faces and sincerity in their voices they were a joy to work with! You may find less expensive services, but they wont care for your things like you wouldlike Black Tie Movers would!
