Hassle-Free Moves with Black Tie
Lionel and Derrick did a great job. This was our third move in 8 months with Black Tie and three different crews. In addition, Jacob from their operations called during the move to be sure all was going smoothly. All three moves were hassle free. They were on time, professional, efficient, great sense of humor and reasonably priced. One more move in the family in a few months and we will be contacting Black Tie again.
Excellent Job Moving Appliances and Furniture
We moved 5 appliances as well as furniture and boxes, and Black Tie movers did an excellent job. We got an estimate that was close to the final cost, and we had plenty of communication from the company before, during and after the move. The crew we had were very careful with everything; they arrived on time, worked steadily, and were friendly and polite. Very professional outfit, we highly recommend them.
Exceptional Experience with Black Tie
I was referred to Black Tie by my fiancé for the move of my house. With every moving company I have hired there is always the expectation of somewhat sleazy movers whom always seem to be dirty and smelly. They “try” to coordinate the move but seem to take longer than expected and I have always ended up with a piece of furniture scratched, floor scratched, ding or two in doors, etc. And the price was expensive! It was always a relief when they were finished. BUT Black Tie was a totally different experience. The movers were clean educated men. They immediately surveyed what was to be moved and efficiently got the job done. They were creative in getting a bedroom suit in an upstairs bedroom and not ONCE did I check on them as I totally trusted them. They were quick and the price was so low I felt like I owed them more. I hope this is my last move but if not I will not hesitate to contact Black Tie. From a rating from 1 – 10 I would give this company a 100!!
Bombastic Crew for Two-Day Move
Fire the confetti canons and strike up the band- our Black Tie Moving Crew was bombastic!! Thank you Landon, Ben, Eric, Tyler H, Jared, and Andrew for a job well done. Our two day move on 3/22 and 3/23 was handled with professionalism, care, kindness, and flexibility. From prepping, packing, trips to storage, loading and unloading- everything was smooth and efficient. Special shoutout to the ‘stemware and porcelain packing gurus’ on our crew- so many FRAGILE items and nothing was broken. Thank you and we’ll be in touch for our next move!!
Exceptional Care in Office Move
Thank you, Lionel and Derek, for your great help with our 3rd office move in the past two years. You took such great care of our very nice executive office furniture, wrapping and moving it without a bump on a wall or a scratch on anything. You were kind, willing to help us make room for pieces that went to 3 employees’ homes, professional, nicely dressed, and so strong! Thank you for never wasting a minute and for over-delivering on Black Tie’s promises. I’ll never us another moving company!
