Look Forward to Working With This Moving Company in the Future

I work at a storage facility in Nashville. Today while at work Black Tie Moving was on site with a customer. We had an issue come up and I called the office of Black Tie Moving to address it. I want to compliment their professionalism in the office and the humbleness of their mover Shawn (Sean). He earned my respect as an individual and a company representative.
